Thank you for shopping with Wild Kelly Kickback Co. We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from damage caused after delivery

  • Returned in original packaging when possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or washed apparel

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@wildkellykickbackco.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If approved, exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not started. Because many items are custom-made, orders may not be canceled once production begins.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers must inspect local pickup orders at pickup. Once accepted, items are considered delivered. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can work to resolve it quickly before filing a payment dispute.

Arizona / U.S. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Arizona or federal consumer protection laws.
