Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

Custom, personalized, bulk, or high-volume orders may require additional production time. If extra time is needed, we will contact you.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions or minimum order shipping offers from time to time.

Estimated Delivery Times

After shipment, estimated transit times may vary by carrier and location.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: If offered at checkout, delivery estimates will appear there.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order products may take longer to process depending on design approval, order size, or production workload.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order is processed.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

Wild Kelly Kickback Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location

  2. Ask household members or neighbors

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Reach out to us if additional assistance is needed

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive pickup instructions once the order is ready.

Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation.
